Running a Hyrox box or group with several coaches means organising a club, groups, shared sessions, meetups with mobile booking and online payments without chasing payments on WhatsApp. TrainingForever supports clubs of up to 6 coaches (each one sees only their own athletes), groups, a calendar with bookings and the Business Gem for rates and Stripe payments.
TrainingForever: free up to 5 active athletes; from the 6th, 0,99 € per active athlete per month, capped at 49 €/month. Gems are optional extras (full pack 12,99 €/month). The athlete never pays. The coach leads, the AI helps.
How is the club organised?
You create the club, invite coaches and split athletes into groups. Each coach sees only their own athletes; the administrator sees the whole picture. There are invitation codes and sign-up requests.
How do meetups work?
You open slots in the calendar; the athlete books from their phone. It works for group sessions, station workshops or check-ins.
How do you assign a session to the whole group?
You build the session (or use a hybrid template) and assign it to the group in one click. Each athlete receives it in their calendar.
How do you collect payments without leaving the platform?
With the Business Gem you set rates, collect payments online with Stripe (card or direct debit), issue invoices and see unpaid items on the athlete's profile. It is part of the Gems pack (12,99 €/month for the full pack) or can be activated separately according to the current pricing page.
