This notice applies to the main website and the official TrainingForever subdomains, applications and services that refer to it. Any specific terms for a service will be provided before it is purchased. Linked third-party websites have their own operators and terms.
Communications concerning allegedly unlawful content, security or requests from authorities may be sent to [email protected], stating the subject and providing enough information for the matter to be processed. This channel accepts communications in Spanish and English.
2. Purpose of the website and service
TrainingForever provides digital tools for planning, managing and monitoring training for athletes, coaches and sports organisations. Depending on the plan and enabled features, these may include a calendar, endurance and strength sessions, an exercise library, groups and clubs, messaging, activity analysis, service and payment management, integrations and AI assistance.
Information about plans, features, limits, prices, taxes, compatibility and integrations will be available in the relevant offer. Mentioning a brand or device does not mean that an integration is active, that all of its features are compatible, or that its owner sponsors TrainingForever.
TrainingForever provides a technological service to support training. Its ordinary features are not offered for diagnosing, preventing, treating or clinically monitoring disease, or for emergency care. Sports recommendations, including AI-generated recommendations, must be assessed in context and with the appropriate professional supervision.
3. Access and applicable documents
Browsing public pages does not require purchasing a subscription. Access to restricted features may require creating an account, receiving an invitation or purchasing a plan.
Use of the service is governed by the Terms of Service. Personal data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy, and the storage of or access to information on a device is explained in the Cookie Policy. Where TrainingForever processes data on behalf of a coach, club or organisation, the Data Processing Agreement or DPA applies.
Privacy information does not constitute blanket authorisation to process health data, send advertising or activate optional technologies. These processing activities require the applicable legal basis and, where appropriate, the specific consent required in each case.
4. Appropriate use
Users must use the website and service lawfully and respect other people's rights. Impersonation, unauthorised access to other people's data, uploading unlawful content, distributing malware, interfering with the service or circumventing security and access controls are prohibited.
Security testing involving systems or data that are not your own requires authorisation. Vulnerabilities may be responsibly reported through the contact email; reporting a vulnerability does not itself authorise exploitation or access to third-party information.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
TrainingForever's own assets, including its software, design, brand, texts, materials and service structure, belong to Trainingforever OÜ or are used with their owners' authorisation. Uses necessary to browse and use the service under its terms, and uses permitted by law, are allowed.
Access does not transfer intellectual or industrial property rights or authorise the commercial reuse of other parties' materials without permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Users retain the rights they hold in the content they contribute. The scope of the authorisation necessary to host, process and display it is set out in the Terms of Service. Personal data is also governed by data protection law; a content licence does not replace the legal basis required for processing it.
6. Third-party links, integrations and content
The website or application may provide links, maps, videos, payment systems or connections to external services. Where required, information about the service, purpose and relevant permissions will be provided before a connection or data disclosure takes place.
An integration's availability and features depend on its technical and contractual scope. Activating an integration does not authorise uses of data prohibited by law or the provider's terms. The responsibilities of TrainingForever and third parties will be determined according to their actual involvement and applicable law.
7. Reporting allegedly unlawful content
If you believe content hosted on TrainingForever infringes the law or third-party rights, email [email protected] with the subject “Content report”. Include:
TrainingForever will examine reports diligently, objectively and proportionately. It may request further information and take appropriate action. Decisions and the applicable review mechanisms will be communicated unless legally prohibited. Authorities should use the same email address for requests, identifying the authority and the legal basis for the request.
8. Availability and liability
TrainingForever must meet its legal and contractual obligations concerning service provision, security and data protection. Interruptions, errors or damage will be assessed in light of their cause, the measures required and each party's involvement.
General sports information and AI outputs may contain errors or be unsuitable for a particular person. This does not exclude TrainingForever's liability for its own breaches. Consumer rights, liability for attributable personal injury and other liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited are not excluded.
9. Applicable law and complaints
Trainingforever OÜ is an Estonian company, and the service is subject to European Union law and the applicable national rules. Offers to consumers residing in Spain comply with the mandatory rules protecting them, including rules on distance contracts, digital services and data protection, where applicable.
The law and courts applicable to each contractual relationship are specified in the Terms of Service. No provision prevents anyone from contacting a competent authority or exercising the mandatory rights that apply by reason of their place of residence.
