1. Who is the publisher

The publisher is Trainingforever OÜ, an Estonian company registered under code 16941437 and VAT number EE102717330, with its registered office at Narva mnt 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10117, Estonia. You can contact it at [email protected].

This policy applies to trainingforever.com and the official websites and applications that incorporate it. The Privacy Policy contains further information about controllers, recipients, retention and rights.

2. Technologies covered

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device and can subsequently read. Local or session storage, pixels, application identifiers, SDKs and other technologies that store or access information on the device may also be used.

The obligation to provide information and, where appropriate, request consent depends on the technology's actual function. It does not disappear because the technology is called “cookieless”, uses a pseudonymous identifier or carries out part of the processing on a server.

Not every communication needed to open a page constitutes a cookie. Even where information on the device is not accessed, processing personal data, such as an IP address, must have a legal basis and meet the relevant privacy information requirements.

3. Necessary and optional technologies

3.1. Strictly necessary

These are technologies essential to transmit communications or provide a function you expressly request. They may authenticate a session, maintain its security, apply a necessary anti-fraud measure during a payment, or remember your cookie choice.

They do not require consent where they meet the requirements of the statutory exemption. They are used only for that purpose and for as long as necessary. The exemption does not authorise advertising, navigation tracking or additional measurement.

A preference you request, such as language, may fall within the exemption if it is used solely to fulfil that choice. Where the publisher uses it for other purposes, it must be reassessed.

3.2. Optional

Where offered and included in the inventory, these may include:

CategoryPurposeActivation
Additional preferences Remember settings that are not necessary for an expressly requested function Only with your consent where required
Measurement and analytics Understand usage, navigation or performance through optional tools Disabled until you consent, unless a specifically assessed and documented exemption applies
Advertising and attribution Measure campaigns or, if expressly disclosed, personalise advertising Disabled until you consent; health data and inferences about health are not used for advertising
External content Load videos, maps or other components involving storage, device access or optional tracking Blocked until the relevant choice or valid specific request, as applicable

A service is not necessary merely because it is useful to the business or belongs to a payment, video or security provider. Its installation must be limited to the context and purpose that actually justify it.

4. How to choose and withdraw your consent

Where optional technologies are used, the first notice will offer Accept all, Reject optional and Configure, with acceptance and rejection at the same level and equally visible. Optional categories will initially be disabled.

You can continue using features that do not depend on the rejected technologies. Continuing to browse, scrolling, closing the notice, creating an account or accepting the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy does not constitute consent.

The panel will allow you to save a selection by purpose and view the relevant providers. To change or withdraw it, use the permanent “Cookie settings” link, available in the website footer or application settings. Withdrawal must be as easy as acceptance.

When authorisation is withdrawn, new activations stop, and identifiers under TrainingForever's control are deleted or disabled to the extent technically possible. Limitations concerning data already disclosed and the exercise of rights against recipients are explained in the privacy information.

We remember your acceptance, rejection or selection for a maximum of six months before asking you to choose again, unless a relevant change requires this sooner. This period differs from each cookie's duration, which appears in the inventory. You can change your decision at any time without waiting for the period to end.

5. Inventory of technologies actually used

Last check: Pending: fecha escaneo Areas checked: Pending: dominios subdominios apps y flujos

Services declared active: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. Entities and flows are identified in Annex A to the Privacy Policy. Exact cookie or key names, durations, tags and permissions must be obtained from a technical check; they have not been inferred from the provider's trading name.

The inventory must identify both first-party and third-party technologies, including local storage, SDKs and pixels. “Session” means that it is deleted when the relevant session ends; for persistent storage, the actual period or a precise criterion is stated.

The consent panel and this inventory must show the same purposes and providers. No optional technology will be installed unless information has been provided and it has been validly enabled. If only strictly necessary technologies are to be used, the relevant inventory will be published and any inapplicable consent categories and controls will be removed.

6. Videos, maps, payments and integrations

External content may involve its provider receiving technical information or installing its technologies. Where consent is required, prior information will be displayed and the content will load after your choice. Not every external component is considered essential for browsing the website.

When you request a specific feature, such as starting a payment or connecting an account, the elements strictly necessary to carry it out may be used. Any additional tracking retains its own consent requirement. A tag manager does not authorise unrestricted activation of the tags it contains.

Operating system permissions, such as access to health or location data, are requested separately where appropriate. Accepting cookies does not authorise those features or the transmission of data to an external assistant.

7. Personal data and transfers

Some technologies may process IP addresses, identifiers, navigation data or other personal information. The basis for optional technologies is consent, without prejudice to additional obligations concerning subsequent processing. The technical necessity of a cookie does not, by itself, constitute a universal basis for every use of its data.

The inventory identifies recipients and countries. If processing involves transfers outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy and provider register will apply. Merely accepting the notice does not replace the safeguards necessary for routine international transfers.

Acceptance of cookies does not cause health data, injuries, sensitive routes, conversations with AI or identifiers that allow this information to be linked to be sent to advertising tools.

8. Browser or device controls

In addition to the panel, you can delete or block cookies and storage in your browser or device privacy settings. Blocking necessary elements may prevent login or the operation of a requested feature.

Deleting the preference record may cause the notice to appear again. Settings on one browser or device do not necessarily apply to others. A recorded rejection or withdrawal will not be replaced with presumed acceptance in another context.

9. Changes and enquiries

We will update this policy and the panel when technologies, purposes or recipients change. We will ask for a new choice where the change requires it, before activating the affected technologies.

You can make enquiries or exercise rights concerning your data at [email protected] and complain to the competent data protection authority, including the AEPD if you reside in Spain. The Privacy Policy explains the rights and response periods.
