Access and/or use of the Website and the App by the trainer confers the status of USER, and implies acceptance, from such access and/or use, of this Privacy Policy.

The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are true and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for providing an optimal service to the USER. If all the data are not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely adjusted to your needs.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that they have implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by current data protection legislation.

The CONTROLLER undertakes a commitment to confidentiality regarding personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.

When registering in the App, the trainer must provide an email address and a password, being solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this password. They are also responsible for activities carried out in the use of the APP after authenticating with said password.

The CONTROLLER reserves the right to review their Privacy Policy whenever they deem it appropriate.
