Create Your Own Tariffs

Every athlete has different needs, which is why at Trainingforever we allow you to create your own custom rates, with their descriptions and prices. When registering, the athlete can choose the rate that best suits their needs and preferences.

Create and Reuse Training Sessions

At Trainingforever, you can create parametrized sessions and reuse them. These sessions can be reused with any of your athletes because they are customized based on their heart rate zones, paces, and Maximum Aerobic Speed (MAS). Trainingforever is designed to make your training sessions both individualized and reusable.

Create running, cycling, or swimming sessions with multiple parts and repetitions. Trainingforever will automatically calculate the paces, times, distances, and elevation gained based on the values selected by the coach and the parameters obtained from the athlete.

In Trainingforever, you can customize every detail to create your training sessions: duration by time or distance, intensity target (heart rate zone, pace, pace range, or MAS), incline percentage to calculate elevation gain during the session (ideal for trail sessions), and comments.

If you want, you can use our library of over 200 strength and mobility exercises, complete with visual resources (photos and videos), or create your own resources.
